The Loring Park Shuffleboard Club's 2010 season will begin Wednesday, May 26th with our annual Member Appreciation Night event. (Rain date — Thursday, the 27th).
Join us at 7:00 p.m. on the Target Courts (makers of fine art museums and expensive sports facilities) (with shed by Lowe's — "We stand behind every shed we sell!").
Orientation, business meeting, and election of officers from 7:00 to 7:05 p.m., then shuffling! Feel free to bring a treat to share. (Or you can share someone else's treat.)
The regular season opener will be Monday, June 7th, at 7:00 p.m. We're looking forward to our best season ever!

Anyone have any clue about general open-to-the-public hours for the shuffleboard courts? Every time we've stopped by, they've been locked up.
I'll respond since this info does not appear to be easy to find on the web anywhere...
Any hours that Loring Park is open and there's someone (Mpls Parks employee) in the building up the hill from the East side of the lake, one can go ask for the key to get into the courts.
